SHIPPING AND POLICIES

ORDERING

NO MINIMUM ORDER

You can "Place Your Order" via:

Internet: On our website

Email: Contact Us, with the name and number of item, quantity, shipping and payment info.

Mail: Include, item number, item name, quantity, shipping address and phone number. You can include cashier check or money order. Personal checks will be accepted, but order will not be processed until check has cleared the bank.

Sorry-No COD's. Payments can be made through PayPal.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

Orders are processed most of the time in approx. 2-3 BUSINESS days of receipt and clearing of payment, and should arrive in approximately 8-10 BUSINESS days or less after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, for an approx. total of 14 days or less. Shipments are made out of the warehouse in California.

Standard Shipping and handling is $8.00 minimum.

Please note: All shipments are made via UPS unless going to a PO Box, then it goes via USPSand is not trackable. All items carry insurance. If you request on your order for "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED", and UPS or USPS signs off that it has been delivered and the order is stolen or damaged, then the liability will be yours.

For Rush Orders please note: We do have a 3-day delivery available through UPS. We do not recommend using this Rush service however, UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, due to the prohibitively higher cost, which is appox. 35% of the cost of the order and carries a MINIMUM of $20.00, plus a fuel surcharge fee of $4.00 If you do want your order shipped using the UPS 3 day rush, please contact us at sales@coolwaterfountains.com with contact information before you place the order. We will need to take the order from you by phone.

Also Note:

Shipping costs to locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands (United States), and APO'S/MILITARY BASES, are $20.00 MINIMUM or approx. 45% of the order, whichever is greater and ships Air Mail Only, and take up to 2 weeks for delivery. At this time, all orders being shipped to these locations can only be processed by emailing us at sales@coolwaterfountains.com with contact information, before you place the order. We will need to recalculate the freight charges before taking the order from you by phone.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note that due to the size and weight of the items listed, we are ONLY able to ship them within the Continental United States, to physical address locations, and only via UPS Ground.

CANADA ORDERS

Shipping cost to Canada is $20.00 MINIMUM or 30 % of the order, whichever is greater. At this time, all orders placed for shipping to Canada must be first placed by email to: sales@coolwaterfountains.com, in order for the shipping and total order charges to be calculated. If order caculates for a smaller than $20.00 shipping, then extra shipping will be charged to make up the difference to mee the minimum requirement.

All Canadian order are shipped out on Thursdays only. However, orders and payment must be submitted no later than the prior Monday by 5:30pm EST, to be shipped out the following Thursday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship internationally. However, we are happy to ship to agents who offer forwarding services to foreign countries, but these agreements must be made by the customer with the shipping agent.

PAYMENT TERMS

We prefer and recommend PAYPAL for fast and safe processing and it's free. Through PAYPAL, you can securely transfer funds or use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, or Debit Card. To learn more, click onto PAYPAL.

We DO also accept Money Orders and Bank Checks, however please be aware that the funds will need to clear before an order is shipped out.

NA OR OUT OF STOCK

If an item is not available, we will not backorder and will refund your money for any "NA" OR "OUT OF STOCK" items. If an item is "out of stock" and is expected to be in within 24 hours, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to see if if you desire to wait the 24 hours or would prefer to proceed with a refund or another selection. If a refund is desired, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm refund and the reason.

RETURN POLICY

All item are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing defects for up to 25 days from date of delivery. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. However, you must contact us to make any arrangements for returns or refunds.

PLEASE DO NOT SIMPLY RETURN any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights. Notify us first and we will provide instructions to you via e-mail or phone, on how, when and where to handle the return. IMMORTANT: please note that all orders returned for any reason other than damages or defects, will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.

DISCLAIMER

We try to keep our web-site up to date as soon as possible when changes are made by our supplier. However, since changes may occur suddenly, Cool Water Fountains will not be responsible for product description, pricing errors or unavailability. Therefore, if an item price on our website is lower than our current actual price, or if the item has been discontinued, we will notify you by email and refund your payment promptly. The item(s) in question will be updated on our site, and if you wish, you may reorder.
